Body - Mind Balancing: 1 week meditative therapy process.
This is a guided one week process, lasting one hour per day. The process is based on the holistic approach of understanding that the body and the mind are not separate.
Anything that happens in the mind affects the body. Our conflicting thoughts, emotions, anxiety, and fears create the blocks in physical as well as behavior patterns. This program brings in the harmony between the body and the mind.
This is a program based on self-hypnosis, where one learns to harness the body-minds self-healing energies and brings wholeness and balance.
